Due to our strong order books and to support our management, we are looking for an experienced person as office manager with responsibility for internal and operative matters as well as personnel management, and for leading the company into the next phase of professionalization with a high level of creative flair and strategic vision. Your profile:
- You have a degree in Architecture
- You have well-founded skills in design and implementation planning, preferably also experience in LP 6-8 HOAI (work phases 6-8 of the Fees Schedule for Architects and Engineers)
- You have at least seven years of professional experience in a relevant setting
- You are experienced in team and project management and in personnel development
- Experience in all work phases, primarily in LP HOAI 5
- Know-how in the realisation of public buildings
- You work independently in a structured and solutions-oriented manner
- A sure command of VectorWorks, MS-Project, MS-Office and OrcaAva is advantageous
- You are fluent and have good negotiating skills in German and have a good command of English
- Your personality is characterised by self-confidence, assertiveness and the ability to motivate yourself and others
The following responsibilities await you:
- Technical and organisational management of our office in Bremen
- Controlling personnel management and resource planning
- Supporting the project managers and project teams
- Coordinating the work environment (workflows, work tools, etc.)
- Supporting management in achieving its strategic and business objectives
- Quality assurance in all work phases
